Best Things to do in Primm, Nevada

Have you gone to a casino situated in a desert? Primm, Nevada is in the middle part of the Mojave Desert.

The weather is as hot as a desert, but Primm is a great place to visit and stay. Nearby, you can see the Ivanpah Dry lake Bed in the Ivanpah Valley. There are also adjacent mountain ridges that make up a beautiful and scenic view.

Primm is a border between Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada, and is also known as Primm Valley. They got the name “Primm” from Ernest Jay Primm, the original developer of the town. Their community is notable for its large casinos. There are three casinos that Primm Nevada is known for:

Whiskey Pete’s.

It is a casino with a hotel at the same time — a favorite spot of the gamblers. But the most significant thing here is that they have the infamous Bonnie and Clyde death car displayed in the lobby of Whiskey Pete’s Hotel and Casino. This criminal couple was known to have committed 13 murders, countless robberies, and burglaries. And was killed in their car in 1934.

What’s interesting about Primm Valley is that they have a large indoor shopping mall. Women who like shopping will get fancy seeing different shops and restaurants, just like in the big cities.

The main attraction of the hotel is the Desperado roller coaster that goes all the way around the hotel building.

Visitors from Southern California and Nevada come to play at their casinos, shop and take a break along wherever their road trip destination may be.
